It's been some time since Vegas Films came under new management after the sudden death of its former president, Gaspard Dillon, but the current leadership seems to be doing a fair job helming the ship. Adding to their string of box office blowouts, which includes the joint productions 'The Saga of Ravana' and 'Golden Requiem,' their new smash hit 'Sacred Journey' opened this week to packed theaters. Due to the popularity of these movies, Vegas' ticket sales during the first half of this year have already surpassed the numbers during the same timeframe last year.
On top of that, according to Vegas Films employees, the culture is more open than before, and people feel comfortable sharing honest feedback with their bosses. Vegas Films appears to be making a concerted effort to change for the better.
Additionally, the company has decided to hold its film festival once again this year, with Director Gotti overseeing it. We're excited to see how the festival turns out under the new corporate structure.
