Tita Russell (ティータ・ラッセル) is a playable character in the Trails in the Sky games. She is the daughter of Dan and Erika Russell. She has learned to tinker with machines, living with her grandfather Albert Russell in Zeiss.

Introduction

Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter

The granddaughter of the Orbment scientist, Professor Russell. Warm and cheerful, she has an earnest, pure-hearted nature that makes her beloved by all. Born into a family of engineers, she has a deep love for machines. Her only flaw is that she loses sight of her surroundings while tinkering with them. Estelle and Joshua start doting on Tita soon after their first meeting, and she eventually grows to think of them as the older siblings she never had.

The granddaughter of the Orbment scientist, Professor Russell, and a huge fan of orbal machines. Since she first met Estelle and Joshua, she has loved them like her real sister and brother. Although she is deeply saddened that Joshua left Estelle, she is still doing her best to remain cheerful.

영웅전설 하늘의 궤적 the 3rd

An apprentice engineer at the Zeiss Central Factory. Inspired by the new research her parents have begun after their two and a half years' absence, she has begun to explore her own path as a researcher and is trying to find answers.

Her father Dan started teaching her how to cook. Agate has been invited to sample Tita's dishes, but he is confused as to why Erika, her mother, seems to hold some kind of grudge against him...

A young girl from the Kingdom of Liberl. She grew up in a town called Zeiss—known for its groundbreaking orbal technology. As such, she adores machinery of all kinds. Her grandfather is the genius orbal scientist, Dr. Russell. She's a member of Class IX: Military Finance. Four years ago, she worked as a representative of Zeiss Central Factory alongside a group of bracers—one of which was Agate—to resolve the Orbal Shutdown incident. After Prince Olivert—another one of her allies—informed her of the unusual events unfolding in the empire, she enrolled at the branch campus as an exchange student, despite the adamant opposition of her mother. She begins studying under Professor Schmidt to learn more about orbal technology and to see Panzer Soldats and combat shells with her own eyes.

A Liberlian native who studied abroad in Thors Military Academy's Class IX. Her grandfather, Professor Russell, was one of Professor Epstein's three disciples. Her innocent demeanor belies a sharp and stable mind, while the skills she's polished as a Russell have gained her the approval of the ever-strict Professor G. Schmidt, whom she now studies under as his fourth disciple. She bravely rode into the front lines during the Great Twilight using her newly developed Orbal Gear III. Between this and all the knowledge she gained over the years, she stood firm in supporting old and new Class VII till the very end. After the disaster passed, she returned to the branch campus and, with Agate's full support, has been working with the Reinford Company and Epstein Foundation to focus on developing the next Orbal Gear.

Appearance

In Trails in the Sky, Tita is a twelve-year-old girl with blonde hair covered by a red beret and goggles. She wears red overalls and shorts with a bag holding all of her tools. Her attire is mostly red with black stockings and a white shirt underneath her overalls. She also comes equipped with an orbal cannon to fight off any hostile enemies. She also carries a gunpowder mini-gun, reserved for special occasions.

In Trails of Cold Steel III, Tita has grown much taller from her somewhat petite size, and wearing the Thors girls uniform for the Leeves Campus, wearing a red neck ribbon, navy vest and a striped-bottom skirt. While she leaves behind her red beret, she continues to wear her trademark goggles on her neck while sporting a light turquoise sweater coat sporting her status as an engineer. She wears Strega-brand sneakers given by Estelle and the belt originally worn by Joshua, to whom she considers her other family.

Personality

Tita is a very innocent girl who is very cheerful and cute in appearance to everybody she meets. She loves fiddling with machinery like her grandfather. Every time she sees something interesting in terms of technology, everything around her is zoomed out as she works on it like in a robotic phase. Even with her intelligence, she is still very childish and loving like a typical little girl who can be moved to tears.

Tita develop a strong bond Agate Crosner and where she eventually develop a crush on him though Agate treated her as little sister due to their twelve year age gap.

Trivia

• Tita is the only playable character in 영웅전설 하늘의 궤적 FC and SC for whom it is explicitly confirmed that both of their biological parents are alive (as both make appearances).
• Tita is tied with Agate Crosner, Estelle Bright, and Joshua Bright for having the second-most number of playable appearances, with 6, behind Fie Claussell who has 8. Tita is playable in each Sky game, the last two Cold Steel games, and Reverie.
