The Titus Gate (タイタス門) is the Imperial Army's checkpoint near the international border between the Sutherland Province in Erebonia and the Bose region in Liberl. The Titus Gate can be reached either by foot via the Parm Byroad or by train via the Titus Branch Line.
Background
The Titus Gate marks the beginning of the no man's land between Liberl and Erebonia. At the start of the Hundred Days War, orbal tanks crossed from the Titus Gate to the Haken Gate, which fell to a single cannon shot.
During the time before the Haken Gate Standoff, the 3rd Armored Division, led by Zechs Vander, was in charge of the area. When the Liber Ark appeared and orbal power was lost in Parm, they once again crossed the gate with steam tanks, but were driven back thanks to Olivert Reise Arnor and Cassius Bright maneuvering the situation to prevent an invasion. Following the standoff, the 3rd Armored Division were sent to Zender Gate as punishment.

Background
The 1st Armored Division, originally tasked with protecting Heimdallr, and the 15th Armored Division were transferred to the Titus Gate in order to perform military exercises in the no man's land. Unbeknownst to the gate's commanders, this was in preparation of Operation Jormungandr, which would involve an invasion of Liberl in order to march towards Calvard through the Wolf Fort.
New Class VII arrives to Titus Gate in search of Tatiana, after having met with Kairi and Pablo previously. However, instead they find Anton, who has crossed to Erebonia in search of his correspondence partner who suddenly cut contact. His faulty paperwork causes trouble with the checkpoint staff, before they (except Anton) are saved by Margarita Dresden, the friend Tatiana meant to meet. She tells them that Tatiana saw Ash Carbide while traveling to the gate, and was now trying to meet with him in the Hamel Road.
