A troublemaking punk in Class VIII: Combat Tactics. He grew up in the slums of an entertainment city in the west half of the empire. He generally acts like nothing fazes him, but it seems he has a dark shadow looming over his past. During the civil war, he was part of a group of ruffians who fought off thieves attempting to pillage his town. His feats drew the attention of both the Imperial Army and the Bracer Guild. He declined invitations from both those organizations, instead enrolling at the branch campus with the recommendation of someone who knew his complicated past. A troublemaking punk who grew up in the slums of Raquel. Despite his coarse mouth and brazen behavior, he possesses exceptional talent in a variety of fields. Though originally enrolled in Class VIII of the branch campus, he transferred into Class VII halfway through the year, where Rean and the rest of the class proved influential in helping him discover his own path. However, he suddenly attacked Emperor Eugent III under the influence of Erebonia's dark curse, sparking a nationwide uproar. Though taken into custody, he was rescued by the Weissland Army under orders from General Aurelia Le Guin; but since her departure from the branch campus, his current whereabouts are unknown.

A student at the Thors Military Academy branch campus whose rough-around-the-edges nature belies a multi-talented genius. Upon a tragic event in his childhood, the curse of the Empire infected his left eye, eventually pushing him to commit the grave sin of shooting none other than Emperor Eugent III. Though heavy with guilt from the inescapable act, encouraging words from his fellow Class VII members inspired him to atone and fight the curse till the very end. Upon the Great Twilight's end, Ash was freed from the curse's effects and returned to the branch campus to continue his studies. Though he's seen some promising progress, he is beginning to worry about his future prospects and what kind of path a person with his past can possibly walk.

Appearance

Ash is a tall young man with dirty blonde hair and crimson eyes. He wears the blue blazer of the Thors Branch campus uniform, but over a red shirt and white vest, along with the black trousers. he also wears a mint green belt, silver chain and green shoes.

During his travels, Ash wears a dark brown shirt over a black vest, torn white skinny jeans, brown capped boots and a thick medium-length brown coat with a fur lined hood.

Ash uses an interchangeable polearm/scythe hybrid (called a switchaxe) as his weapon. It has a a long black pole with an orbal red head that can shift from an axe head to a scythe, and contains a hidden chain function.

Personality

Ash has a roguish rebellious attitude, speaking without respect to almost everyone and doing whatever pleases him, ignoring any sense of authority or repercussions. His attitude and skills are regarded as 'wildly unpredictable'.

Yet despite this rough outward appearance, Ash has a softer side which is reliable for his friends, and studious, being both academically bright and fond of reading. He runs from his past, refusing to acknowledge the trauma he suffered, but comes to be someone everyone else can rely upon and see as a figure of leadership. Ash is notably not a fan of anything regarding the occult.

He hides a deep hatred towards the Erebonian Empire, which manifests when the Erebonian Curse erases his mental inhibition.
