Appearance
Jessica is a young woman who has long blue hair and lavender eyes. She wears the standard female uniform of the Branch Campus: a blue blazer and waistcoat and white shirt and skirt. Jessica also wears a lacy cravat with a red brooch and gold chain, black knee high boots and white thigh-high stockings with a toothed, lacy edge.
Jessica uses a long broad spear in combat.
Personality
Jessica is a noble and conducts herself with pride and airs, but she is also humble and willing to take on advice. She is conflicted over being only at the beginner level of her spearmanship school, and is self described as a shy and moody girl. She has upmost respect for her instructors and has strong friendship with Juna and Louise.
