Background
Life
Joseph was one of the former caretakers of Mercia Orphanage which was an orphanage that was created by him and his wife Theresa. He watched over Kloe Rinz for some time after she had lost her parents during the Hundred Days War. After the war, Kloe was reclaimed by her family, but still visited to help out with the children when she started attending Jenis Royal Academy.
Death
Unfortunately, Joseph was involved in an accident in the nearby town of Ruan which took his life. Since then, his wife, Theresa takes care of the orphanage almost by herself, except for when Kloe takes time off her school life schedule to help her out with the children in Joseph's place.
