It's revealed during Ancient Statue Recovery Mission that nn S.1199, Kevin and Thomas find a relic from before the 대붕괴 that reminds them of the guardian at 노르드 고원. It doesn't contain anything within the interior but it doesn't fall into the category of an artifact either. Instead it seemed to become an object of faith within the village. Suddenly, remnents of the D∴G 교단 try to ambush the two dominion but are defeated with ease.

영웅전설 섬의 궤적 I, II

Thomas Lysander is introduced as a jolly teacher, passionate about literature and history.

In 영웅전설 섬의 궤적 II, he secretly aids 린 슈바르처 and his companions as they make their way throughout Erebonia, reuniting with lost friends and gathering strength. He appears in disguise and speaks using his normal voice, then shocks everyone when he reveals himself in 켈딕, declaring "Tada! Tis I, Thomas, your favorite instructor!"

During a NG+ exclusive quest in II, he asks Rean to find the 검은 사서. Upon having Thomas decipher these, they discover the records contain the unabridged version of the 사자전역.

Completing this quest unlocks a special scene on the rooftop of 토르즈 사관학교, where Thomas creates a so-called "partition", which creates a room separated of the actual time-space continuum, to have a talk with Rean and 로진. There he reveals his identity as the Second 수호기사 of the 성배기사단 and re-introduces Rosine as his 종기사. Because Rean is the 기동자 of 발리마르, a fragment of the 거대한 힘, Thomas asks Rean for his cooperation.

After the partition resolves and Rean leaves the rooftop with VII반, Thomas comments to Rosine that Rean's assistance is needed in uncovering 에레보니아's two 일곱 지보s and the secrets of the 기신s system fashioned by the 마녀의 권속 and 그노움. He also reveals that he and Rosine are in charge of eastern Erebonia while 바르크호른 takes care of western Erebonia.

영웅전설 섬의 궤적 III, IV

When 가이우스 워젤 returned to Nord with Barkhorn, the village was attacked by a Republic airship. Barkhorn died protecting Gaius and imparted his Stigma to him. Thomas then took Gaius to Arteria so he could begin his training as the Eighth Dominion. As Gaius lacked a crew to pilot his inherited 메르카바, Thomas loaned Gaius his squires for the time being.

Meanwhile, Thomas roamed the Empire searching for information, establishing contact with 로젤리아 and 비타 클로틸드. Together with the witches, Thomas reintroduces himself to Class VII in the 헤임달 대성당 and briefs them on the situation. He would later join in on the attack against the 검은 성배, using his partitions in conjunction with Rose's magic to open a pathway into the facility.

When the 거대한 황혼 began, Thomas requested for assistance to deal with the deteriorating situation in Erebonia. He had intended to bring 케빈 그라함 and 와지 헤미스피어, the Fifth and Ninth Dominions respectively, but neither of them were able to help as they were dealing with other situations. Thomas provided assistance transporting one of the teams into the fake salt pillars as part of the 빛을 두른 날개' countermeasures against the war.

He attended the royal wedding of 올리발트 라이제 아르노르 and 셰라자드 하비 alongside Rosine and became heavily drunk to the point of illness, being supported by 패트릭 T. 하이암즈.

영웅전설 시작의 궤적

Thomas, as well as four other Dominion, arrives in the climatic battle against the Retributive Tower with a fleet of Merkabah, using their power to produce barriers that shielded the other participants from the tower's lasers. He would later use his partitions once again to help the party infiltrate the tower as well as summon their Soldat units.

A Hollow version of Thomas appears in the True Reverie Corridor, impeding the party's progress at the end of one of the levels. It supports a hollow version of both Wazy and Gaius, using partitions before finally being vanquished.

영웅전설 여의 궤적

Thomas does not appear in person, but is mentioned as being in charge of clean-up operations in 오라시온 following 아르마타's death game and the subsequent efforts to retrieve missing artifacts. He is present at the gathering of Dominion in the New Year in Arteria.

영웅전설 계의 궤적

The sixth Memento Orb shows a flashback to 1199, when Thomas and 케빈 그라함 were sent out to find artifacts.

	The Second Dominion as well as its leader's second in command, known as the Partitioner. Before revealing this, he served as one of Thors' instructors.
	On a Mission Thomas was quick to arrive in Crossbell from Arteria after the sudden Retributive Tower's appearance put the continent in danger.
