Sergei Lou (セルゲイ・ロウ), also known as Sergei the Scrutinous (搦め手のセルゲイ), is the chief of the Special Support Section.

The chief of the Special Support Section and the man Lloyd and his teammates report to. He's a very capable man, if a bit rough around the edges sometimes. His unconventional nature has led to him being a thorn in the side of the CPD's higher ups. As such, he was assigned to manage the SSS, a newly-created division established by the CPD more to fulfill political agendas than actually protect or serve. Sergei has a distaste for micromanaging and generally leaves Lloyd and the others to their own devices, but is always ready to give them advice whenever they need it.

The chief and founder of the Special Support Section. He was formerly a skilled detective himself, but was treated as a nuisance by his superiors. Sergei has a laissez-faire sort of attitude, but supports Lloyd and the team when it matters most.

Appearance

Sergei is a middle-aged man with dark brown hair, eyes and a small beard. He is usually seen with a cigarette in his mouth. He wears a beige shirt, dark brown trousers with braces and a red tie with a metal clip. Sergei uses a shotgun in combat situations.

Personality

Sergei appears very tired and laid back upon first impressions, usually seen smoking and sitting at his desk looking un-enthused. If the situations calls for it, Sergei quickly dismisses his laid back attitude and immediately takes the initiative.
