Bishop Reval is a high-ranking priest working in the Grand Cathedral in Grancel.
Together with the archbishop and the two nuns on duty, he participates in leading the the daily mass at the church.
Reval doesn't seem to engage in a lot of gossip and unlike many of his fellow citizens, he doesn't even bring up the martial arts competition, political unrest in the city or upcoming birthday celebration up. Instead, when spoken to he likes to share bits of wisdom and advice with visitors. He also likes to talk about Zemuria's history, speaking about how people lived after the Great Collapse and also mentioning that Grancel's cathedral was founded at the same time as Liberl's royal family.
Even though he usually doesn't talk about what's going on outside of the church, he does thank Estelle, Joshua and Zin for coming to the aid of Sister Ellen (who's really Lieutenant Julia Schwarz in disguise).
