Sharon Kreuger (シャロン・クルーガー), also known as the Severing Eclipse (告死線域(こくしせんいき)) or in its abbreviated form as the Severing Chains (死線(しせん)), is introduced as the maid of the Reinford family and personal servant to both Irina and Alisa Reinford.

Introduction

A maid who has been appointed as the new caretaker of the Military Academy's Third Student Dormitory. Although she is a servant of the Reinford family, she was sent in by order of Chairman Irina, and looks after Rean and the others with her lovely manners, careful consideration, and outstanding cooking skills. Alisa finds her a little bothersome but also an important older sister figure who she looks up to. Sharon seems to always appear at the perfect time to support Class VII, even when they travel to different places for training...

When Trista is attacked by the Noble Alliance, she reveals her true identity to the present people and joins Instructor Sara and the others on the front lines. During the civil war, she helped out Alisa and the rest of Class VII in their fight to restore peace to the nation. However, her true identity is the Severing Chains, Enforcer No. IX of Ouroboros. She claims to have taken an indefinite leave of absence from the society in order to serve the Reinfords, though. After the civil war, she continued to work as the Reinford family's maid, supporting Alisa in her new role as general manager. She seems to be worrying about something recently, however...

Formerly known as Sharon Kreuger, the Severing Chains, she served Chairman Irina as the Reinford family's maid. She used her skills to support Class VII through many of their adventures. Due to the freedom she was granted as an Enforcer, she had been taking an extended leave from Ouroboros. However, with Alberich's reappearance, her contract with Irina ended and she discarded the name "Sharon" and returned to the society. Now she stands on the opposite side of the battlefield, facing down Alisa and her friends with an icy gaze.

Appearance

Sharon is a young woman with turquoise eyes and lavender hair reaching her neck. In her default appearance, Sharon wears an elaborate dark violet maid's outfit with a white apron, leather knee-length boots, and brown leather corset around her torso.

She utilizes an unusual ornate knife with demonic patterns in red all over the blade. The hilt is covered in several small round blades. She also uses steel wires in battle, with the light often seen reflecting from them when entering a combat situation. She is a fiercely skilled fighter, standing up to several threats including Panzer Soldats and Zephyr members Xeno and Leonidas.

During her time as an assassin for the Order of the Moonlight Horse, Sharon wore a black outfit consisting of a midriff-baring, sleeveless top and shorts, together with gloves belts and boots. Upon resuming her role as 'Kreuger', Sharon wears a modified version of his outfit- a black high-collared leather leotard exposing the sides of the torso and bust, poofy sleeves, elbow length leather gloves and thigh high leather boots. She wears two crossed leather belts around her chest which trail behind her. The Ouroboros insignia is displayed on her right boot.

Personality

Sharon displays herself as a humble and cheerful woman, devoted entirely to her work for the Reinford family. She never makes any objections to orders given by Irina, and rarely finds herself conflicting with Alisa, unless it is to tease her. Her devotion to the Reinfords is so great that she willingly extends her services to any on good terms with the family, as seen with Class VII. Sharon also tends to tease Alisa about her relationships with others, as well as say various things to Alisa to make her feel embarrassed, most notably, bringing up any possible romance with Rean. A maid whose multitasking abilities reach no end, Sharon performs extraordinary feats of organisation and housework.

Upon revealing her proficiency in combat, hints of sadism towards her enemies are displayed. When asked about her alternate affiliation, she claims to be "on leave" from her other position and devotes as much time as possible to the Reinfords.

Sara is the only character who Sharon displays a hint of hostility towards due to a previous interaction, though this interaction is mild passive-aggressive behavior from both parties. Despite this, they tend to get along on the battlefield, though Sara remains highly suspicious of Sharon's day-to-day activities, due to her other allegiances.

She also has an unusually high tolerance for alcohol, and is capable of drinking down bottles of such drinks with no apparent side effects.

Trivia

• Sharon's corresponding Tarot number (IX- The Hermit) appropriately matches her self-imposed seclusion away from Ouroboros following her personal need for atonement after killing Franz Reinford.
