Rean and Kurt fight Matteus on their own, though the rest of new Class VII are eventually able to join them and help defeat him. They then defeat Isra-Zeriel, who suddenly spawned near by.

| After Rean saves Nord from the railway gun, Roselia has everyone from new and old class VII go to their nearest Spirit Shrines. She then uses the spirit path to teleport everyone to the Lake Elm Wetlands. Needing to ascertain the situation in all of Crossbell, the group split up into separate teams. The player is given the option to put Altina into Rean's team to go to Mishelam, though if they refrain from doing so she goes with one of the other teams to a different part of Crossbell. If taken she helps free Mishelam from the EDF, Mecha 밋시, and the Masked Swordsman.

| New and Old Class VII then join in a three pronged assault in which their party, Lloyd's party, and Rufus's party attack the EDF within Crossbell City at the same time from three different angles which allows them to liberate the City.

| Altina joins the others at the [[Retributive Tower]] to try and put a stop to [[Elysium]]. As the group are about to go into it, they are attacked by [[Zoa Gilstein]], the eighth Divine Knight, causing the party to be split into two. Altina can end up in either Lloyd's group or Rean's group. The two groups make their way up to the tower, where [[이슈멜가 린]] is defeated. Altina watches as Rufus attempts to commit suicide with the tower firing at itself, though Lapis and a few others get him out of it just in time.

| A week later, Altina attends Crossbell's independence ceremony. She and [[키아 배닝스]] then help [[라피스 로젠베르크]] take pictures of everyone as Lapis wanted to make a scrap book with said pictures before leaving with Rufus on her journey around the world.

| At various points during the story, as well as after the events of the game, she and the others are summoned by Rean's black mirror to the [[True Reverie Corridor]]. After defeating Elysium, the Corridor is supposed disperse but didn't due to [[Demiourgos]]. As the group transverse the new stratums they come across the original Originator Zero, OzXX, who had been recreated by Elysium. She discourages the party from following her deeper into the dungeon, though they ignore her warnings and continue on. Wanting to help the original, Altina is able talk her into letting them help her by bringing up that she used to be like Altina and that she is allowed to want things instead of just following orders. OzXX asks the party to defeat Demiourgos, with OzXX having been keeping Demiourgos at bay. The party defeat it, releasing OzXX from her duty of suppressing the Sept-Terrion. OzXX and the corridor then vanish, with Altina and the others not remembering anything that happened whilst they had been there as their memories of the events were erased. [[AZOTH]] is able to give the memories of the event as a dream though, even if the cast wouldn't realize said dream had actually been real events.
