Priscilla Reise Arnor (プリシラ・ライゼ・アルノール), also addressed as Empress Priscilla (プリシラ皇妃), is the wife of Emperor Eugent Reise Arnor III.

Appearance
Empress Priscilla is a woman with blue eyes bright blonde hair arranged in a braid and with ringlets trailing down her shoulders. She is normally seen in a vivid red dress carefully embroidered with white patterns and frilled lace trimmings. She wears a modest amount of jewellery including a pendant, earrings and a tiara, all of which have matching blue gemstones.
Personality
Empress Priscilla is a kind and caring mother to her children, Alfin and Cedric. Although she is not the biological mother of Olivert, she still accepts him as part of the family and extends to him warmth and kindness. She is incredibly dutiful, volunteering to stay behind in relative confinement to help find a solution, even at the expense of her personal liberty.
