Garcia Rossi (ガルシア・ロッシ), also known as the Killing Bear (キリングベア), is the underboss of Revache and former commanding officer of the jaeger corps Zephyr.

A giant of a man who works as second-in-command of the mafia organization, Revache. Before he joined up, he was allegedly an infamous jaeger whose overwhelming power and skill earned him the name "Killing Bear." Recently, Revache has been mustering its forces to stop the expansion of a rival crime syndicate, Heiyue, into Crossbell. Should it come to all-out war between the two groups, Garcia's mastery of military combat techniques makes him the perfect man for the job.

A giant of a man known as the Killing Bear due to his love of pure clashes of power through hand-to-hand combat. He grew up in the underworld from an early age, traveling between the Zephyr corps and the Revache mafia. He also faced off against Cao Lee and Heiyue in a violent gang war. Though these incidents paint him as simply one who has committed countless sins throughout his life, he does have some semblance of humanity along with his own sense of justice, to a point where even an officer of the law like Lloyd feels he can trust him. During Crossbell's struggle for independence in 1204, he lit a fire under Lloyd, who had been imprisoned by the Crossbell Defense Force, and helped him escape. He then turned himself in willingly, choosing to atone for his crimes in prison.

Appearance

Garcia is a towering, well-built imposing man with swept-back brown hair and eyes and a pronounced jaw. During his employment with Revache, he wore a cream two piece suit with a double-breasted blazer, blue and white pinstriped shirt and pink tie. Following his incarceration, he ditches the suit top for a simple white collared shirt.

In his re-appearance at the re-independence signing ceremony in Crossbell, Garcia now wears a black suit with reinforced padding, what appears to be a bulletproof waistcoat with several belts and a white shirt with red tie.He wears leather black gloves and reinforced padding is strapped around his legs by a suspender-garter and more belts.

Personality

Garcia has a fierce and aggressive personality, but is honourable in his approach to dealing with opponents, looking down on underhanded tactics or resorting to using drugs for enhancements. He has a sense for his own moral code, and is not above working with parties with differing interests if it suits his goals.
