Background
Duke Cayenne is a noble whose lineage extends back to the days of the 사자전역. Due to being a member of one of the 사대명문 in Erebonia, he controls the province of Lamare and all of its resources. He is also the ruler of the Port City of 올디스.

Croire was a member of House Cayenne, one of the 사대명문 of Erebonia. He took the position of acting duke after his brother Alfred de Cayenne had died in a maritime accident and sent his niece, Mildine de Cayenne, to 성 아스트라이아 여학교.
Due to his high-ranking position and beliefs, Croire soon found himself greatly opposing the Reformists and 길리아스 오스본 due to the latter's position as a commoner. Hearing this, Rean disputes Cayenne's claims with cynicism and labels all of the terrible deeds that the Alliance has done.
