The Altair Lodge (アルタイルロッジー) is one of the D∴G cult's lodges, situated near Altair in western Calvard.
Background
When the D∴G Cult Extermination operation happened, the team composed of Sergei Lou, Guy Bannings and Arios MacLaine was assigned to clear the Altair Lodge. Guy's badge was damaged by one of the cultists during the operation, and they were able to rescue the single survivor of the cult's experiments in that lodge: Tio Plato.

Background
6 years later, in summer of S.1204, a team composed of Lloyd Bannings, Noel Seeker, Alex Dudley and Arios returned to the lodge in search of Ernest Reis and former Speaker Hartmann, who had taken refuge inside. Republican authorities agreed to let the Crossbellan team attempt to arrest them but gave them a time limit after which they would intervene.
After fighting monsters coming out of the lodge, the team found Ernest, who had taken Hartmann hostage to restart their political careers. Ernest let loose the cult's ancient archaisms on the team, separating them afterwards. Lloyd and Noel made it to the altar first, fighting Ernest's demon form before the red Gnosis went into full effect, transforming Ernest into a form similar to Joachim Guenter's demon form. However, Ernest lacked the apparent connectiong with "D" that Joachim had, and lashed out against the two.
Arios and Dudley arrived at that moment and together, they managed to back Ernest into a corner, making him go berserk like in Joachim's last moments. After avoiding his attack, Lloyd tried to talk Ernest into resisting his impending death, holding him together long enough for Kevin Graham to reach them and fully restore him with the help of his Thaumaturgy.
