The Crossbell Police Academy (クロスベル警察学校), is a training school for new Crossbell Police recruits located in the Knox Forest in southwestern Crossbell.
Background
The core curriculum of the Crossbell Police Academy is enriched with courses on acquiring the required driving skills for police vehicles and using improved technologies that investigations and identifications would benefit from.
With the exception of the experimental Special Support Section, graduating from the police academy is one of the two requirements - the other being 16 years old and over - for recruits to be allowed to join the Crossbell Police Department.
Apart from the school, the building is also used as training grounds for garrisons and administrative facilities. Knox Prison (ノックス拘置所), Crossbell's main imprisonment facility, is adjacent to the academy.

Background
Lloyd Bannings studied here before the formation of the SSS, and passed the exam to become a detective. While he studied here, he lived in Calvard since the death of Guy Bannings, traveling to and from the academy by direct train line. Douglas, a Crossbell Guardian Force instructor that was transferred to the academy on orders of the commander, trained him in the use of tonfas.

Background
The SSS travel here on orders of Sergei Lou to learn about traffic law after being granted their own car by Dieter Crois. They also mention the possibility of visiting Ernest in prison after his Gnosis aftereffects are cured.

After the SSS is arrested following the declaration of independence, Lloyd is separated from the rest and imprisoned in Knox Prison in the same cell as Garcia Rossi. A month after his arrest, the two begin a prison break, taking down the Crossbell Defense Force guards stationed inside and making it to the road. Garcia chose to stay behind due to his loyalty to Revache, giving Lloyd the chance to escape on his own while he held back the rest of the prison guards.
Once Crossbell is liberated and Dieter is arrested, Lloyd can visit Garcia in prison to thank him for his help.

Background
Under Imperial occupation, the academy was restructured as the Crossbell Military Police Academy (クロスベル軍警学校), after the Crossbell Police Department was turned into the Crossbell Military Police and integrated into the Imperial Army of Erebonia.
Juna Crawford, an academy student from before the occupation, continued her studies under Major Claire Rieveldt before transferring to the Thors Branch Campus.
영웅전설 시작의 궤적
Background
C's party travel to the Knox Prison in search of Ian Grimwood, who is incarcerated there and answers regarding Elysium. They arrive at the prison only to come back to face with two Simulacrum of Arios MacLaine. After defeating them, the genuine person comes to assist them and joins the party. Arios is en route to chekc upon his daughter Shizuku who is in the care of Ian. After traversing the prison complex they arrive at Ian's location and receive answers, only to come under attack from a monster version of the Emperor's simulacra. With lots of cooperation, help from Zeit and figuring out the artifact's weakness, Swin Abel and Nadia Rayne destroy the orb and slay the abomination. The Gralsritter collect the remains of the artifact, although not much is left.
