Like his father, Ronald is corrupt and arrogant, using his father's status as a politician to gain influence in Aramis High School. When something doesn't go the way he planned, he seeks revenge on those who wronged him with hired help.

The son of a prominent Calvardian congressional member, Ronald sought to become the school's newest Student Council president in an election. Using his father's influence, he threatened competitors to drop out or support him before running into Renne, wanting her to join his group to cement his position. However, she refuses, having anticipated his hostile intentions, leaving him angered. He and his lackeys try to harass her to no avail, but later requests a private meeting with her in that he asks her to stay out of his way for the next few days. Renne complies only when another student, Agnes Claudel, breaks up the situation.
Secretly, Renne gathers all of Ronald's wrongdoings, while Ronald believed that Renne was complying with his request. At election day, he uploads a video of himself, but becomes shocked when it shows his underhanded tactics. Deducing that Renne was responsible for his embarrassment, he hires a gang to kill her in revenge, but is soon horrified when she disposes of them with ease. Claiming that his father would protect him, Renne instead reveals that he was being investigated himself, taking out a magazine as proof and that he would have to resign in response. She then tries to "play" with him, but he faints from terror before she could start. As a result of the investigation, Ronald's father is forced to resign while Ronald himself drops out of school.

Ronald tries to get revenge on Renne by joining the Doole Family, one of the more well known mafia crews operating in Calvard. He intended to kidnap students from Aramis to force the others into questioning Renne's capabilities as the Student Council President in the hopes of making her resign, as he claimed that he and his father were living in misery following the events of the previous game. Believing to have the upper hand, Ronald has the mafia attack, only for them to be defeated just as quickly as the crew he had hired to kill Renne back then, still failing to realize Renne's strength as a former Enforcer and Van Arkride being with her. When she tries to play with him again, he quickly faints.
