Appearance
Giscard is a short elderly man with white hair, blue yes and a short full beard. He wears full dark green overalls covered in utility belts and pouches. A white ascot scarf is tied around his neck and he also has an orange high-visibility jacket. Orange goggles can be seen on his dark green cap.
Personality
Giscard gives off an impression as being a grumpy old man, but he is very energetic and values hard work. He looks out for those whom he trusts and sees as honest and isn't afraid to call out unsavory behaviors from those he views are slacking or not acting up to their responsibilities.
