Dick is an inhabitant of the town of Grancel.
He's a kid usually found near the fountain in the southern section of the royal city hanging out together with his friends Raleigh and Troy. All three of them are very large fans of the martial arts competition and when they're not attending the matches, they're discussing the various fights and making predictions on who's going to win.
While Dick is very impressed with Zin, he's not sure yet about the teammates the latter brings along later and especially after seeing the battle of the special ops against the sky bandits, his bet goes to Lorence's team winning the tournament.
Despite having rooted for the special ops during the tournament, Dick's just as unnerved as his friends when they become aware of the large number of the black-clad soldiers that have started patrolling the streets after the end of the tournament.
After the Intelligence Division's coup is thwarted and the birthday celebration has begun, Dick caught a glimpse of Princess Klaudia and instantly fell for her. According to his friends, though, Dick is very prone to crushes and develops one on nearly all girls he meets.
