Raleigh, a NPC met in Grancel

Raleigh is an inhabitant of the town of Grancel.

He's a kid usually found near the fountain in the southern section of the royal city hanging out together with his friends Dick and Troy. All three of them are very large fans of the martial arts competition and when they're not attending the matches, they're discussing the various fights and making predictions on who's going to win.

Raleigh is particularly taken with the fights involving the bracers and is rooting for them to win the championship.

Of the three kids, Raleigh is the one who often takes charge and looks out for his friends. He usually tries to keep an eye out for Troy, due to the latter's tendency to get lost. On the morning of the tournament's finale, he's also the one who drags his friends out of bed early so they can secure good seats in the arena.
