The business permit Vincent needs to open up the new premises of Riviera Court has gone missing. Without it, the business won't stand a chance of getting back on its feet.
Riviera Runaround (リヴィエラコートの苦難) is a hidden quest that occurs during 제II부 "숙명의 별들" of 영웅전설 섬의 궤적 IV.
Background
The quest is available on 8/21.
The quest expires after entering the Ordis Waterway during Ordis Infiltration.
Walkthrough
- Head to the Business District and enter Riviera Court for a scene.
- Do the following:
- Examine the cash register at Rubens Luxury Boutique
- Speak with Capo at Luciole's Shop
- Examine the window next to the entrance
- Examine the desk next to Hereford's Drugstore
- Head to the Mansion in the Noble District and speak with Butler Oliver.
- Head to North Street and speak with Glycine.
- Return to the Business District and speak with Herman in Kleist Mall.
Notebook
- First, let's make absolutely sure the business permit isn't anywhere in Riviera Court.
- Windows show no signs of forced entry. This may not have been a burglary after all.
- Upon further investigation, Capo is missing both the business permit and a relocation notice.
- Cash register showed no signs of tampering.
- We found a relocation notice still in the office, suggesting the business permit was sent out in the mail by accident.
- The notice was addressed to Lord Galton, in the noble district.
- We delivered the notice to Lord Galton via his butler. It seems he received a business communique meant for someone else.
- The communique was addressed to Glycine's Flower Shop on North Street.
- We delivered the business communique to Glycine. It seems she received a letter of invitation meant for someone else.
- The invitation was addressed to Kleist Mall in the Business District.
- We collected the business permit from Kleist Mall and returned it to Vincent.
- The grand opening went without a hitch, ushering in a new chapter in the history of Riviera Court.
