Private Cutinger is a soldier serving in the Royal Army.
He's stationed at Krone Pass checkpoint separating the cities Bose and Ruan and can be found guarding the gate on the Bose side.
When Estelle and Joshua arrive at Krone Pass after the arrest of the Capua Sky Bandits and the rescue of the hostages, it's already getting late and Cutinger advises against travelling further, suggesting them to spend the night at the checkpoint instead.
