Private Usher, a NPC met at Krone Pass

Private Usher is a soldier serving in the Royal Army.

He's stationed at Krone Pass checkpoint separating the cities Bose and Ruan and can be found inside the checkpoint's main hall.

When Estelle and Joshua arrive at Krone Pass after the arrest of the Capua Sky Bandits and the rescue of the hostages, it's already getting late and they decide to spend the night at the checkpoint. They're notified of the fact that it's Usher's turn to cook and that the meals he prepares can wreak havoc on one's stomach. In the end, Estelle actually ends up enjoying the meal while Joshua settles for a polite "unique" to describe the flavor.

Later that night, Usher heads out to relieve Cutinger as guard on the front side and replies that rules are rules when Cutinger wonders out loud if standing guard here all night long is really necessary. Just then, the two of them are attacked by a pack of wolf-like monsters and quickly raise the alarm. Fortunately, he and his colleagues are well-trained and are able to fend off the attack without anyone suffering major injuries although that's partially due to Estelle, Joshua and Agate noticing and intercepting a second attack from the other side. Despite that, he vows to be better prepared in case of future attacks on the checkpoint.

Private Usher is a collegue of Private Cutinger, Private Egel and Private Mikey.

He's also a subordinate of Chief Watch Officer Zelste and Watch Officer Serose.
