Alvelle is an inhabitant of the town of Bose.
He's the son of one of Bose's most influental merchants and lives in the southern section of the city together with his parents. His family and the Trino family have a fierce business rivalry going on, but they're nevertheless acquaintanced and Mirano used to frequently come over when she was younger, though she also used to tease Alvelle from time to time. Like his mother, Alvelle worries about Mister Trino after they find out that he was taken hostage by the Capua Sky Bandits.
After she grew up, Mirano followed in her father's footsteps and quickly became a powerful rival to both Alvelle's father and her own. Alvelle's parents are hoping he'll do the same, but Alvelle doesn't like the idea of becoming a merchant and dreams of studying social studies at Jenis Royal Academy instead.

Alvelle is the son of Borden and Rionne and a childhood friend of Mirano.
