Head Chef Ross is an inhabitant of the town of Bose.
As the chef de cuisine of the exclusive Anterose restaurant, Ross is in charge of the kitchen of one of Liberl's most prestigious eating establishments and well-determined to keep it that way. Even a first impression of him shows an unbridled passion for his job and he's determined to keep pushing himself and his staff to remain on top of the game. He's a firm believer in not resting on one's laurels and aims to keep the restaurant's menu varied. Due to his passion for his job, he's also extremely strict with his staff. It's hard to hold that against him though as he has the reputation of being one of the best chefs in the country.
Despite his strictness, he knows talent when he sees it and has high hopes for his understudy Gwen, having recently given her the opportunity to help out with a larger part of the meals.

Head Chef Ross is the employee of Mayor Maybelle, a subordinate of Manager Lechter, a colleague of Lenore and Citron and the superior of Gwen.
