Deborah is an employee of Jenis Royal Academy.
She's the school's cafeteria lady and responsible for making sure the students get a healthy diet. While the food she sells is basic, it's also nutritionally balanced.
The cafeteria remains open during the school festival to act as a rest area and Deborah remains on duty during that time to provide an alternative to the crepes, popcorn and ice cream available at the various stands. One of the customers she does get to serve is Professor Alba, who comments about the low price of the food she sells.
Despite the hecticness, she does manage to take some time off and attend the play. She ends up liking it a lot and if Estelle talks to her after the play's over, Deborah will hand her a free vegetable sandwich as a sign of approval.
