Miss Millia is an employee of Jenis Royal Academy.
She's part of the school's teaching staff and is responsible for teaching the natural sciences class and acting as a homeroom teacher for those majoring in his subject.
Miss Millia is probably the least pleasant teacher on the staff, giving her students a pop quiz that's not even multiple choice in the run-up week to the festival because she feels they're slacking off, having a rather low opinion of her colleague Miss Wiola and always leaving class right after the school bell rings, denying her students the opportunity to ask questions about things they didn't get during class.
She does try to lighten up a bit for the festival at least, promising to keep her criticisms about the student activities to herself and complimenting Estelle, Joshua and Kloe for an excellent performance after the play.
Miss Millia is also in charge of writing up the academy's entrance exam this year and seems to view it as a welcome challenge...
