Gwen is an inhabitant of the town of Bose.
She works at the exclusive Anterose restaurant in Bose as an assistent chef and she's an understudy to one of the best chefs in Liberl. Gwen's specialty is making delicious desserts and her skill in preparing them is what landed her her current job. She used to work as a cook at a bar in Ruan and managed to impress Mayor Maybelle, who was visiting there at the time, with the flavor of the desserts she made. Maybelle was quick to approach her and offer her a job at the Anterose, which she accepted.
While she initially focussed completely on the restaurant's desserts, Gwen's mentor was impressed by her talent and has recently allowed her to start helping out with the soups as well, although she's still in training on that particular venue. She hires Estelle, Joshua and Scherazard to procure some monster fowl meat for her which she uses in a recipe she's practicing with.
Upon receiving the ingredients, she gives Estelle a small pep talk about cooking and gives the party one of her favorite recipes: the Liberl Omelet.
Like the rest of the restaurant staff, Gwen is quick to find out about the incident with Olivier and the Grand Chardonnay and she has severe trouble wrapping her head around the fact that Mayor Maybelle isn't bothered by its loss.

Gwen is the employee of Mayor Maybelle, a subordinate of Manager Lechter and Head Cheff Ross and a colleague of Lenore and Citron.
