Citron is an inhabitant of the town of Bose.
Working as a sommelier at the exclusive Anterose restaurant, Citron is responsible for procuring, storing and serving the various wines on the restaurant's menu. This is slowly starting to get more troublesome for him during the air travel ban since all the wines he orders are delivered by plane. Fortunately for him, the Capua Sky Bandits are arrested and things return to normal before the restaurant ends up running out of wine completely.
He's originally from Erebonia and worked in a restaurant there and impressed Mayor Maybelle while she was visiting there. She offered him a job at the Anterose and invited him to come to Bose to have a look. After dropping by the restaurant to see it for himself, he liked the place so much he immediately agreed to work there.
While he wasn't working during the moment where Olivier drank the 20-year old Grand Chardonnay wine that was kept in the wine cellar, he feels pretty bad about its loss and feels guilty for not having been there to prevent Olivier from having taken the wine.
Relations
Citron is the employee of Mayor Maybelle, a subordinate of Manager Lechter and a colleague of Lenore, Head Chef Ross and Gwen.
