Santos is an inhabitant of the city of Grancel.
He works at the Grancel Museum of History located in the eastern section of the royal city as an attendant.

Santos' job at the museum involves giving tours and storing and categorizing all the items that aren't on display. Since he works with archeological artifacts and scholars on an almost daily basis, he's quite knowledgable about Zemuria's old history himself and drops several historical tidbits when spoken to, such as the sordid living conditions on the 제무리아n continent after the 대붕괴, the existence of ancient dragons who lived side by side with humans in old times and the fact that there are old ruins on the bottom of 발레리아 호수.
While most businesses in Grancel get additional customers due to the martial arts tournament and the birthday celebration, the museum gets significantly less business during those days and as a result the typical assemblies that are usually held are cancelled. Despite the lack of customers during the special events in the city, Santos's not able to just take the day off, unlike his boss who has obtained a ticket for the tournament's final match. Since the director's called away to Bose by the researcher 뤼켄 just before the match, he gives his ticket to 알바 교수 and Santos mentions being jealous of the professor since he himself doesn't have the time to attend the fight. While he's also working during the birthday celebration, he mentions he'll probably attend and have fun at the festival after work is over for the day.

Estelle runs into him again on the Linde after her return from 르 로클. Like her, he's heading for Ruan in order to do some investigating into the Sapphirl Tower after rumors about the devices on top of the 사륜의 탑 activating reaching the museum.
Not wanting to risk his safety by venturing into the tower himself, Santos puts in a request at the 유격사 협회 for a Bracer to climb to the top of the tower and take a picture of the device on the roof. Estelle and her companion end up taking up the request and Santos gives them an orbal camera to snap the picture with. After travelling to the roof of the tower, however, Estelle decides to let 도로시 하얏트, who's travelling with her at the moment, take the picture instead, putting Dorothy's savant-like camera skills to use to get the best picture possible. Santos, in turn, is extremely impressed with the result and after giving the bracers a Moonglasses accessory as a bonus, he heads back to the airport in order to return to the capital.

Santos is a subordinate of the museum director and a colleague of 리시아 (그란셀 NPC).
