스타크

스타크 (Stark, スターク) is a student in Class IX of the Thors Branch Campus in 영웅전설 섬의 궤적 III.

Profile

Appearance

스타크 is a young man with thick brown hair and eyes. He wears the standard male uniform for students of the Branch Campus, consisting of a blue blazer, waistcoat, white shirt and black trousers. 스타크 also wears white shoes and has a small blue cap. He uses an orbal firearm in combat.

Personality

스타크 is a calm, friendly and intelligent person, who portrays all the signs of a honors student and has vast knowledge about the Jurai, the Special Economic Zone in northwest Erebonia. He is very responsible, stating he will do his best to mange the difficult job of running the logistics of the field studies' operations. He is very helpful; to his peers, offering them advice and being regarded as smart.

Background

스타크 grew up in Jurai with at least a father and had a good friendship with 크로우 암브러스트, who taught him lots of tricks: coin tricks, card magic, billiards and darts, and gave him a deck of antique cards. 스타크 loses these cards when his father sells them by accident in a pawn shop and 스타크 resolved himself to tracking them down to re-obtain them gathering thousands of Mira for the sole purpose of this.

When Crow left, 스타크 was only 8, and he regrets not saying anything at the time when Crow's grandfather passed away and Crow left the city at 13. Since then, 스타크 was felt like he is living in Crow's shadow. During the October War, 스타크 heard of the Azure Knight and came to know it was Crow.

He enrolls at the Thors Branch Campus in S.1206, joining Class IX: Military Finance under instructor 토와 허셜. 스타크 is a member of the Swimming Club and welcomes 알티나 오라이온, eager to see what she can do. His primary role on the campus is to mange the stocks and logistics, including their transportation.

스타크 has been searching all the shops in Erebonia, including the second hand shops in the capital for a rare antique deck of cards. Although very old, and not very expensive, it has, in his words, a 'stupidly' high value to him. Rean stumbles across 스타크 in the computer lab and offers him assistance after thinking the card case was 진고 was referring to on a visit visit to Nienvalli.

Rean retrieves the case for him, and although 스타크 doesn't recognise the case, the cards inside are the indeed the deck he lost 10 years ago. It was something he was given by a friend years ago but his father had accidentally sold it to a pawn shop. Rean wonders about the connections between this figure and Crow who seem to share a number of similarities. 스타크 offers 100,000 Mira in exchange, which Rean can decide to accept or not. Should Rean not accept the Mira, he uses the 50 Mira coin flip trick Crow showed him, which 스타크 recognises as Crow's. 스타크 picks the solution: that the coin was dropped by Rean and is in neither hand, but Rean pulled a double buff and reveals which hand it is in. 스타크 admits he was outplayed and they discuss Crow. 스타크 and rean discuss Crow and 스타크 asks to learn more about him.

스타크 is amongst the students that Rean teaches the 'Manway' method to in Swimming. The club takes part in a contest against Class VII, and 스타크 can face Musse, Kurt or Ash. 스타크 is with the branch campus when they come to assist in the battle of the Gral of Erebos.

After the Great Twilight, 스타크 travels to the Crossbell Province with Louise, Freddy and 발레리. 스타크 in particular is travelling the province and calls Class VII to meet him at the St. Ursula Medical College. After gathering information, he assists new Class VII by procuring an orbal boat for them to use to slip by the Imperial defences and get to Mishelam. He then departs to meet up with 발레리 and Louise. He and the other students come to the party's aid again in the wetlands.

Later, 스타크 is working with Edel and coordinating the efforts to gather supplies between the Main and Branch campuses. 스타크 is acting in an administrative role, offering backup to the different search parties. He asks Rean's assistance in tracking down two parties: 카이리 and 프리츠 가이트너, and 시드니 and 에이다 그랜트. After Rean has found them, they report back to 스타크. 스타크 also has a chance to reunite with the Swimming Club during the overture in Mishelam.

Rean later meets 스타크 on the Courageous. 스타크 has now encountered Crow again and he is wondering how to show how he has grown and what he has learned. Rean helps him by presiding over the match. The stakes are the antique deck of cards, which Crow recognises as the set he got from his grandfather against Crow having to listen to whatever 스타크 has to say. 스타크 is victorious and requests that Crow treat Rean and himself to lunch in Jurai after the war is ended. Crow doesn't believe this is possible as he has resigned himself to a death following the conclusion of the Rivalries, but 스타크 convinces him this is not his true character to give up on himself. Crow agrees.

스타크 remains a student of the branch campus. 스타크 and Crow are heading back to Jurai after the party is over to check up on things, with 스타크 submitting a leave of absence request. Crow later leaves 스타크 to handle the troubles in Jurai while he returns to the capital.

스타크 is part of the executive committee for the Branch Academy festival, representing his class and working with 레오노라 and 애시 카바이드. He also helps the Swimming Club put on classes, and is mistaken for Altina's older brother. He comes second in the election for student council president but ends up on the council as a secretary.
