Diana is woman with turquoise eyes and long platinum hair, which is recognised as being a familiar shade to those her know her daughter. She wears her hair loose with the part hanging over her shoulder tied up. Diana wears a lavender blouse with long puffed sleeves over a white buttoned shirt with gold buttons and a golden pendant around her neck. She wears a pale beige skirt and a blue vest with a white decorative pattern.
Personality
Diana has a kind and helpful personality, and does not hesitate to make anyone visiting her feel welcome. She visits the chapel often as it helps her feel closer to Aidios and she prays for the well-being of all people, regardless of nationality or their position. Others in Milsante describe her as having a fervor about her, having eyes deep with repentance or as carrying a heavy burden. She doesn't talk about herself much. She is an encouraging individual, having inspired Meyer, her shop assistant to become an engineer after she recommended it.
Past
Diana was born into the MacDowell noble family from Lamare and married Ryan, who, after their marriage, decided to take on his wife's noble last name to gain an advantage in Crossbell's complex political sphere. Despite his best efforts, he could not get the support of his father-in-law 헨리 맥도웰 during his political campaigning. Disillusioned by what he believed to be a hopeless situation for Crossbell, he requested a divorce and moved back to Calvard.

Diana is met for the first time when 린 슈바르처's students come to Milsante after having left the Avon Hills. Meyer and Harche are her shop assistants. She is concerned that the shop will need to stock up on supplies, particularly medical stocks due to the upcoming conflict with Calvard. Diana has been using lots of tricks and managing her stock very carefully to avoid being hit to hard by the requisitioning and avoid shortages. It is also mentioned her family have been helping out with resources. She offers the party advice to avoid Grenville due to the conscription offices active there and lets them know about 시드니 in the White Birch Inn.
Later, Diana travels to Crossbell. The official reason given to her staff is that she needed to stock up on honey but they suspect it isn't the real reason. Diana is caught up in the ambitions of one of the Seventy-Seven Devils, Scyllamarme who abducts her and takes her into a Spirit World version of the Geofront. The Special Support Section and Rean's party team up to defeat the devil and rescue Diana from having her soul extracted. She meets Elie after a long time apart and marvels at how much she has grown. She is humbled that they would go to all the trouble for her and expresses her gratitude for being able to see her daughter again.

Mayor MacDowell contacts Diana, who has moved back to Erebonia, in light of the events surrounding Retributive Tower's appearance. He relays that she has agreed to help send supplies to everyone when Elie comes to check up on him.
