Ted, a NPC met in Bose

Ted is an inhabitant of the city of Bose.

He's an employee of the Liberl Orbalship Corporation and sits behind the ticket counter of Bose's airport. His job becomes a lot more complicated when the Linde is hijacked and all air traffic above the Bose region is shut down as he is the one who has to explain the situation to the travellers who are unable to leave the region by airship. Unlike his colleague Alan in Rolent, Ted is a dedicated employee of the Liberl Orbalship Corporation and worries about the effect this crisis will have on its reputation. Even after the hostage takers have been arrested, Ted muses that travellers are still worried to get on their flights now and that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

When the Capuas are arrested and their hostages are freed, life starts returning to normal in Bose. At the airport, Ted is one of the people who gets to go through the stolen cargo from the Linde and he comes across a letter and a parcel addressed to the Bracer Guild in Rolent. Upon hearing from Aina that Estelle and Joshua are in Bose, he sets out to the Bose branch and hands them the letter from Cassius as well as the parcel containing the Black Orbment. Afterwards, he compliments Estelle and Joshua on a case well solved and heads back to his desk.

His decision to deliver the Black Orbment to Estelle and Joshua instead of sending it off to the Rolent branch would have far reaching consequences later on in the story.
