헬모드

The Helmord (ヘルモード) is a heavily armored humanoid Zauber Soldat weapon developed by Elysium.

Background

The Helmord was not part of the final line up of Zauber Soldats, which combined technology from Panzer Soldats and Magic Knights. Elysium created a new enhanced model using his extremely potent calculative abilities and technological prowess. It appears to be based on the Sorge and Melgea units but with much more armour. Like the two units, it can come armed with a blade and kite shield or a rifle. The Ebon Defense Force made use of these new models, which could easily overpower most of the forces sent against them. They had the ability to shift into reality to launch surprise attacks and with their strength, the Ebon Defense Force easily gained a foothold in Crossbell State.

In secret, Elysium had been mass-producing Helmord models for its own army. These units are all fully autonomous and ran based on Elysium's calculations, which had one downside in that without accurate data, they could not function. They were developed in large numbers at the battle at the Retributive Tower and Crossbell. C later uses a gold version called the "Helmord G" for the final battle, although the others remain confused about where and when he had the opportunity to acquire and set one up. It is briefly seen being prepared on the Arseille II before deployment. It is critically damaged in the final battle against Zoa Gilstein, but was briefly able to hold the spirit of El-Prado, the Auric Knight.
