Chief Watch Officer Hahn is a soldier serving in the Royal Army.
He's stationed at and in charge of Air-Letten checkpoint separating the cities Ruan and Zeiss and can usually be found in the checkpoint's office.
In contrast to his more unrestrained subordinate Kientz, CWO Hahn is composed and collected. When Duke Dunan visits the checkpoint and causes trouble for the rest of the visitors, Hahn puts in a request with the Bracer Guild to have him removed. Upon the bracers' arrival, Hahn and Joshua are kept occupied trying to handle the angry visitors while Estelle is left to deal with Dunan. No matter how Estelle chooses to deal with the duke, Hahn is grateful for his removal, although if Estelle threatens to assault Dunan, Hahn disapprovingly tells her that he hopes she'll refine her working methods in the future.
Like his subordinate Kientz, CWO Hahn also states he'd welcome closer cooperation between the army and the guild.
