Fran is an inhabitant of Ravennue Village.
She's one of the younger children living in the village. She's friends with Lewey and Vince who are about the same age as she is. Lately, Lewey's been going on about having seen a big shadow over the village one night, but neither Fran nor Vince has been taking him seriously due to his former suggestion that it may have been a dragon he saw.
The arrival of Estelle, Joshua and Scherazard gives her and her friends something else to talk about. Having only been familiar with male bracers like Agate previously, Vince is impressed that females can be effective bracers as well, something that offends Fran, who points out that there are marriages where the woman wears the pants and that the country itself has been overseen by a queen for decades.
