Paul, a NPC met in Bose

Paul is an inhabitant of the town of Bose.

He's a merchant selling clothes from his stand in the Bose Market. In addition to selling clothes, he's also a capable designer and tailor (and even offers to design Estelle a new outfit). Some of what he carries is of his own design, although he has clothing from the royal city in stock as well. Apparantly, his store has gained in popularity among the citizens of Bose as of late and to his delight, his shop only does better after the ban on air traffic forced him to focus completely on selling wares by his own design.

Surprisingly enough, Paul had an entirely different job in the past; he used to be a commissioned officer in the army. He mentions that during his army days, he was rather quick to anger, but he mellowed out after changing professions. He gave up his career in the army in order to open his own shop against the wishes of his wife.

Paul's home in the southern part of town was among the houses robbed by the sky bandits and after the robberies he worries about his wife and daughter not feeling safe at home anymore. On a whim, he decides to close up shop for the day in order to be by their side.
