Private Thomas is a soldier serving in the Royal Army.
He's stationed at Gurune Gate separating the cities Rolent and Grancel and can be found keeping watch on the top floor of the building. Since very few people come up there, he doesn't have a great deal of human contact during his working hours.
He was the one who noticed the Capua airship taking off and landing near Mistwald from his vantage point and reported it to his superior, but the garrison wasn't able to catch the Capuas.
During the 4th chapter, he mentions having seen a white bird flying over the Erbe Scenic Route, which was probably Sieg.
Relations
Private Thomas is a collegue of Private Logan, Private Selbourne, Private Anden, Private Stoll, Private Ethan and Private Barranco.
He's also a subordinate of Chief Watch Officer Robin and Watch Officer Graves.
