Private Cromwell, a NPC met at Air-Letten

Private Cromwell is a soldier serving in the Royal Army.

He's stationed at Air-Letten checkpoint separating the cities Ruan and Zeiss and can often be found behind the desk in the entry hall. He also seems to be in charge of communications with the higher-ups and it's a bit of a running joke among his fellow soldiers that the news he bears is usually bad.
