Emma is an inhabitant of the town of Zeiss.
She works at the Zahnrad Hotel in the southern part of the city as a maid. She hasn't been at this job for very long, so she's determined to impress her employer by throwing herself into her job with everything she has...which is a lot.
Emma has so much spirit and energy that she's actually putting her manager off. She tends to treat dusting a room like engaging an opponent in a fight to the death and she has the tendency to raise her voice and shout when interacting with the guests. This makes her a strong contrast with her boss, who believes in always remaining polite, subdued and calm when interacting with guests.
Eventually, Martina has a talk with her and explains that her overenthusiasm is crossing a line. From that moment on, Emma starts paying more attention to not raising her voice and whenever there are no guests nearby, Martina is giving her additional chores so she can work off the surplus of energy she has.
