엘레지아 - kiseki

Elegia is an inhabitant of the city of Bose.

She's usually found on the streets or in the marketplace, engaging in her favorite activity: shopping for clothes. Due to the air traffic ban that was instated after the hijacking of the Linde, shops' stocks around the city have started running dry which has been accompanied by a spell of boredom on her behalf. This has resulted in her stating that shopping may be a coping mechanism for her and that what she's feeling are symptoms of shopaholism withdrawal.
