Eva is an inhabitant of the town of Ruan.
She's been the proprietor of Ruan's weapon shop, Joan Arms & Guards, for 10 years already. She's a rather cheerful person who seems rather fond of Estelle, calling her "my cute little bracer-in-training" (she deduced the latter part with a single glance at her badge).
Eva's usually found behind the counter of her shop, but during the school festival, she takes some time out of her schedule to come over to have fun and watch her little sister, Nikita, participate in the school play. She also won a truckload of Pom plushies at the festival's game stalls.
Like most people who have met him, Eva doesn't have a high opinion of the duke.
