Ekle is an inhabitant of the town of Grancel.
She works in the royal castle as one of the maids. Ekle's present during the banquet following up the Martial Arts Competition, serving food and drinks to the guests together with the other maids. After the banquet, she stays behind to help clean things up, though wondering where her colleague Shea and supervisor Hilda got off to.
Life in the castle hasn't exactly improved ever since Duke Dunan took on the role of royal proxy standing in for Queen Alicia and Ekle is found grumbling that the only reason an exquisite banquet with prominent guests from around the country is held is because he's bored and has nothing better to do with his time.
Fortunately, the coup by the Intelligence Division is thwarted and the Birthday Celebration can proceed as planned. Noting that there are probably quite a few festivities downtown, Ekle rues the fact that she has to work during a time like this.

Ekle is the subordinate of Hilda and the colleague of Shea, Nage, Sorella and Primrose
