Edwin is an inhabitant of the city of Ruan.
He's an employee of the Orbalship Corporation and sits behind the ticket counter of Ruan's airport. His job becomes complicated when the Linde is hijacked and all air traffic above the Bose region is shut down as he is the one who has to explain to the travellers that they are unable to get a flight to Bose at the moment.
Even without disappearing airliners, Edwin's job tends to be very busy during tourist season, since most visitors to the town arrive by airliner. However, like his counterpart at the Bose airport, Edwin is a dedicated employee who's motivated to give his all for the company.
Like many of the townsfolk, Edwin's shocked to hear of the mayor getting arrested, although he reasons that if someone like Dalmore hadn't been arrested, he'd probably keep getting into trouble.
