Elise is an inhabitant of the town of Zeiss.
She's the wife of the man who owns the local weapon shop and lives in a house in the northern part of the city block together with her husband and son.
Elise is extremely fond of flowers. This isn't all that strange, since the city of Zeiss doesn't have a great deal of flowers anymore ever since its industrialisation, but Elise takes her love of them farther than most, being found at Irene's flower stand very frequently and borrowing flowers from her friend Sotira if she can't buy the flowers she's looking for and spending a lot of time worrying about the colors of the different flowers clashing.
While visiting her Sotiria, she notices the smoke coming from the factory and her son Vince tells her he saw people in blue uniforms rush by when she picks him up from Sunday School. Elise quickly jumps to the conclusion that the Royal Guards were the ones who attacked the Central Factory and gets very worked up over the whole thing, mentioning she never liked them to begin with and wondering what the army and the Bracer Guild are doing. She eventually ends up buying some more flowers in order to cope with the stress.
Elise has a rather combative relationship with her son, respecting his intelligence, but being annoyed with his occasionally fussy behavior and his tendency to skip Sunday School. She frequently scolds him over the latter.
Relations
Elise is the wife of Mister Stain and the mother of Vince.
She's also the friend of Sotiria, who's her neighbor across the street and she knows Tita personally, due to Vince being in her Sunday School class.
