Sorella is an inhabitant of the town of Grancel.
She works in the royal castle as one of the maids. Sorella's present during the banquet following up the Martial Arts Competition, serving food and drinks to the guests together with the other maids. After the banquet, she stays behind to help clean things up, complaining about how gross it is having to clean up after Duke Dunan after a meal.
That's not the only way in which life in the castle hasn't exactly improved ever since Dunan took on the role of royal proxy standing in for Queen Alicia and Sorella openly questions the duke's motives for continuously pushing Head Maid Hilda to hire more and more maids.
Fortunately, the coup by the Intelligence Division is thwarted, Colonel Richard is arrested and Dunan's role as royal stand-in ends, though several participants of the conspiracy remain at large, Captain Amalthea and 2nd Lieutenant Lorence among them. It turns out that Estelle, Scherazard, Kloe and Queen Alicia weren't the only people who caught a look at Lorence's face. Sorella also remembers having seen him without his mask once and wonders out loud why a handsome man like him would cover his face.

Sorella is the subordinate of Hilda and the colleague of Shea, Nage, Ekle and Primrose.
