Blaue is a man met in the Capua Hideout.
He's one of the passengers on the airship Linde who gets taken hostage when the airliner is boarded and hijacked by the Capua Sky Bandits. He and the other passengers are then blindfolded and taken to the Capuas' hideout in Nebel Valley on board the Capua Sky Bandits' ship where they're imprisoned in one of the rooms on the lower level of the hideout.
Their ordeal comes to an end when Estelle, Joshua, Scherazard and Olivier stow away on the sky bandits' ship, infiltrate the hideout and subdue the group of bandits guarding their cell. When the army arrives, Blaue and the other passengers are transported back to town.
Blaue is long-time friends with someone in Rolent and was on his way to visit there when the Linde was attacked.
