Brenda is an inhabitant of the town of Ruan.
She's a long-time inhabitant of the town and is often found near the Langland Bridge in the southern district looking out over the water. She still remembers the time Ruan was merely a harbor town and the tourism industry hadn't been introduced yet. She used to hang out in the harbor to goof off when she was a little child. She notes how much the town has been changing lately.
