Private Issac is a soldier serving in the Royal Army.
He's part of the Royal Army's 3rd regiment and he's participating in the Martial Arts Competition in Grancel together with his commanding officer and two fellow soldiers from the same division (the competition used to be restricted to members of the army and more an evaluation of soldiers' skills than a public event).
He and his team make it through the preliminaries and are introduced in the waiting room where the participants of the blue side wait for their turn to do battle. While watching the battle between the Assault Cavalry and the team of senior Bracers led by Kurt, he expresses amazement that the Cavalry Division was defeated so quickly and mentions he now has a new-found respect for Bracers.
Unfortunately, his spirited attitude isn't sufficient to get him and his team to the semi-finals. During the quarter-finals, he and his comrades are pitted against the Capua Sky Bandits. While he and his fellow soldiers put up a good fight, manage to get several hits in on Kyle Capua and succeed in subduing Lyall, who's fighting alongside his bosses, Issac and his fellow squadmates are no match for the power of Don Capua's orbal cannon and all fall quickly to the Capua leader's explosive shots, with their commanding officer getting taken out by Kyle's smoke bombs soon after.
Relations
Private Issac is the subordinate of Specialist Taris and 1st Lieutenant Riel and a fellow squadmate of Private Zain.
