Miner Landan is a miner working in the 말가 광산 north of Estelle's hometown of Rolent.
Unlike his colleagues, his job isn't to mine 셉튬, but to guard the entrance. If you visit the Malga Mine with 크라우스 시장' letter with you, he'll let you through and tells you to go and find the miner chief. If you don't talk to the Mayor before heading for the mine, he'll just turn Estelle and Joshua away.
Strangely enough, he wasn't guarding the entrance when the "miner-in-training" (aka 라일 the sky bandit) ran out of the mine. It's likely he noticed the cave-in and went inside to help.
Relations
Miner Landan is the subordinate of Mister Gaton.
He is also the colleague of Miner Bones, Miner Miles, Miner Pierre, Miner Heinrich and Miner Trent.
